When my husband and I first started planning our wedding, we decided on a church ceremony, as we didn’t want an OTT celebrant pretending to know us and our story after filling out a questionnaire. But then we found Karen. Our ceremony was exactly what we wanted - simple and elegant - and it didn’t take long meetings and answering lots of relationship questions to achieve. Karen accommodated our multiple date changes and other uncertainties created by covid and made the lead up as stress free as possible. If you want a genuine, professional and thoughtful celebrant, Karen is the perfect choice.

We chose the Queensland Cricketers’ Club for our wedding because we’re keen AFL fans and thought a Gabba backdrop would be pretty unique! COVID-19 made planning our 2020 wedding challenging, however, the amazing team at QCC made the process much less stressful than it otherwise could have been and well worth the wait. QCC were professional, flexible and responsive throughout the entire process. Our day was perfect - the staff were extremely attentive and the food was incredible. The beautiful Chelsea, Functions and Events Manager at QCC, is hardworking, patient and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our wedding special. We are so grateful to her and all the team and would highly recommend the QCC Group as a simply outstanding wedding venue.
