After initially ordering the wrong size dress, which was their error, Luv Bridal at Slacks Creek went above and beyond to ensure that my new dress arrived within 6 weeks and were very apologetic for their error.

From start to finish Brenda was lovely to deal with. She made us both feel incredibly relaxed and calm in the lead up to and during the ceremony. Nothing was too much trouble for her either. We would most certainly recommend her to our friends and family.

Our driver, Rod, went above and beyond on the wedding day - as it was a hot day, he sprayed our flowers with water before we got out of the car and he even stayed until after the ceremony so we could have pictures at the car.
