We used VGC for our wedding in November 2024. The team were great in the lead up to the event and the pricing was very reasonable. Unfortunately, on the day of our wedding, we had some issues with some items that were paid for not being provided. This included items missing from the grazing table and items missing from our dinner service. Following the wedding, we tried to raise this with VGC multiple times, via email and phone call, over the course of a few weeks with no response. We eventually received a response after a third strongly worded email. VGC failed to acknowledge the missing items from the dinner service, but did offer to reimburse a small amount for the items missing from the grazing table (we had video from our content creator to show the grazing table items). After agreeing to the offer to come to a quick resolution, it was then another 3 to 4 weeks that went by with no response or reimbursement. Again we had to email that to chase this. A reimbursement then appeared in our account with no communication. While the service on the day was reasonable, we feel our whole experience was tarred by the lack of communication when we tried to raise our concerns. VGC came recommended by our venue, so we can only hope we were an anomaly.

If you want a beautifully crafted ceremony, then Lauren is your gal! From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and fun. We’d met a few celebrants at wedding expos, but they all seemed a bit too formal and rigid for what we envisioned. When we found Lauren’s profile on Easy Weddings, and then a cheeky snoop on the gram, we felt an instant connection. Our first Zoom meeting confirmed that she was the perfect fit — warm, relaxed, and totally in tune with our vibe. During the planning session, Lauren walked us through different options, helping us balance the perfect mix of fun and romance. On the big day, the ceremony was everything we hoped for and more. It felt so personal, heartfelt, and exactly how we wanted to celebrate our love. We can’t recommend Lauren enough! She made our day unforgettable and truly helped create a memorable experience.
