They are fake flowers that are made to look real. Our bouquets looked very real and its awesome to keep them after. Very well priced.

He was easy to talk to and very approachable. In the lead up he had amazing ideas of locations and photos. On the day we only went to one location. His mind seemed elsewhere so we were a little disappointed in the amount of photos taken and his lack of creativity on the day. The photos we did receive are great quality and we received them quite quickly

The communication in the lead up was great. They were very accommodating in many ways. On the actual night we had some trouble with serving time for drinks. As a result we had bar service instead of table service so they could try to keep up. They told us previously the amount of people we booked for would fit and then the week before we were told it would be an issue to fit everyone. They cut some of the portable dance-floor space out in order to fit our guests in. We had some mixed reviews about food but overall I think everyone was pretty satisfied. We had requested water and other drinks to be ready for the guests on arrival which was not followed through with on the day. The staff were very friendly and polite though. They were accommodating and worked to resolve any hiccups on the day.

Richard was amazing! No complaints with him. He is very friendly and approachable. We go the video sent straight to us very quickly. Very happy with our video!
