Ross was absolutely incredible! His communication was welcoming and friendly, he answered all of our questions and made us feel immediately at ease. On the set up day, Ross worked tirelessly to set up the tents on his own, and they were absolutely stunning! My wife and I slept the full 3 nights in a tent and were warm and cosy when it was cooler; and didn't overheat when it was hot! The bedding was comfortable and felt luxurious despite being in a tent! All of our guests were thrilled with their accommodation and everyone agreed it was the perfect place to collapse to after dancing all night

Betta Event Hire were consumate professionals and got the work done with ease. We hired a marquee, flooring and small tables and they delivered them quickly and easily. There were some communication issues in the booking process but in the end, everything went off without a hitch!

Jam was attentive and thorough from the moment we first contacted her. She made us feel truly valued and like our time was important. We got the opportunity to sit down with her on several occasions before our big day and talk about all of the important details that we wanted in our ceremony and she asked lots of questions to make sure that she understood exactly what we wanted from her. She offered her opinion on key details and walked us through each step. On the day, she took charge the second she arrived at the venue and ensured that we didn't have to worry about the organisation of the signing table etc. The creation of an incense mix to remember our day by was such a beautiful touch, as were the polaroid photos that she took on 3 different occasions (including the wedding day). Whatever we threw at her, she rolled with the punches and was a fantastic asset to our wedding day.
