They went way out of their way so much as we had a surprise wedding, and they did a lot more than what they would normally. They constructed curtains so guests couldn't see the reception, and also had to plan everyone's rooms out so no one could see anything accidentally! Everything on the day went really well, and they just sorted out everything for us it was amazing! It was also very affordable with them, we even had accommodation included in the price for 60 guests!

She did personalised coat hangers, and she's just amazing at it! I put the wrong date on there and she picked it up for me and contacted me about it, and fixed it up as well! I was really impressed and thankful for this as most mass producing companies wouldn't do such a nice thing! We also got personalised cuff links with pictures for my husband's grandfather and grandmother, as well as picture frames clipped to the bouquets.

They did DJ and MC services for us, and they had a separate person doing the DJ and a separate one being the MC. It was all really good, they met up with us a few weeks before and they had a lot of options to choose from as we weren't really sure about it. It was all just really professional.

Highly recommend them! I went to a few places and I stayed at Sweethearts Bridal mostly just for their service! You just feel like they're just focused on you, helping you and were really honest in their opinions, and not just what you wanted to hear.
