Customer service was fantastic at the Moonee Ponds store. Great price. I went to the Croydon store and the customer service was terrible. The five star rating would be for the Moonee Ponds store. Fairytale Bridal have an affiliation with a drying cleaning business called Sydnall's that they gave a voucher for and I saved a lot of money to get my dress cleaned, which they hand clean. Happy with how the dress looked afterwards. No marks at all!

Based in Sunbury. She's fantastic. Reasonably priced. Very good service, attention to detail. I was quite specific and quite fussy and she was in tune with that. Delivered on time on the day and they lasted a long time. Did the centerpieces and they looked beautiful. She runs a very professional business.

10/10 for everything. David was professional, he was on time, he made everyone feel at ease. I never felt like he was overbearing and always relaxed. Very detailed with our package and his general work is amazing. We've had so many positive comments on our photos which speaks for itself. Very high standard of photography and he's very talented. He's amazing!!

They were fantastic. Catered to our needs and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The night just went so smoothly. Above and beyond in everything to make the service special. The food was amazing. We had really good feedback from our guests. Some guests said it was the best steak they ever had.
