I’m so grateful to a dear friend who recommended that I visit Em Bridal Boutique to rent my wedding dress. Because she had such an amazing experience there, I didn’t even consider going to any other store — I went straight to Em Bridal Boutique. When I looked at their website, I saw plenty of beautiful options, and I immediately fell in love with a dress called Rachel. Booking my appointment was super easy, and when I arrived, I was incredibly well looked after by Katy. Katy made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. She was warm, friendly, and even recorded a video for my family so they could see the dress. I fell in love with the Rachel dress the moment I tried it on. I only tried a second one just to be sure, but my heart had already decided! Every time I went back for fittings, from the first appointment to the day I picked up the dress, Katy was always extremely helpful and kind. The customer service was truly wonderful. My wedding was on the Gold Coast, and I live in Sydney, and Katy had absolutely no problem adjusting the pick-up and return dates to make everything easier for me. That flexibility meant so much. The dress was simply incredible, and everyone at the wedding complimented it. It looked even more beautiful in the photos, and I’m still on cloud nine thinking about our ceremony and how everything turned out. My marriage will last forever, so I won’t have the chance to rent another wedding dress again! But I will absolutely recommend Em Bridal to every friend or bride who asks me for suggestions in Sydney. I am honestly still searching for the right words to describe how absolutely incredible Caroline and Gustavo from Lumen Wedding were at our wedding. From the very first contact until the final delivery, everything was extremely organized, professional, and seamless. I hired them while I was in Sydney, so all of our communication was done via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email between Sydney and the Gold Coast. We only met in person on the day of the wedding — and yet, it felt like we had known them forever. On the day of the ceremony, they arrived exactly on time, with the biggest smiles and the most calming, confident energy. They were beyond professional. We trusted them completely, and they took care of everything. Their charisma made everyone feel comfortable — my bridesmaids, my sisters-in-law, my mother-in-law, every single guest. Everyone felt at ease in front of the camera. The photos are simply breathtaking. The quality is exceptional. They captured moments we didn’t even realize were happening — the most beautiful, emotional, genuine memories. They truly made our day feel like a dream. And as if all of that wasn’t enough, they completely surprised us during the reception. Less than two hours after the ceremony, they presented us with a beautiful Polaroid album filled with photos from our wedding day — a gift that wasn’t even part of our package. We were absolutely speechless. Our guests were amazed by their professionalism and creativity. Soon after, we received the stunning photo gallery and the video — and once again, we were left in awe. They exceeded every single expectation we had. They went above and beyond in ways we could never have imagined. Caroline and Gustavo are not only extraordinary professionals — they are even more extraordinary human beings. Our entire family agrees that we have never seen anything like the level of care, talent, and love they put into their work. From the very first contact until the day of the ceremony, everything was extremely organized, professional, and seamless. From the beginning, she was always warm, kind, charismatic, and so attentive. You can truly feel how much she loves what she does — she doesn’t just perform a ceremony, she pours her heart into it. We met in person on the Gold Coast in mid-January, and that meeting only confirmed every beautiful impression I had of her from the start. Seeing her in person reinforced how professional, genuine, and passionate she is about her work. I remember telling my husband that I fell in love with her the first time I watched one of her ceremony videos — and meeting her personally just made that feeling even stronger. Throughout the entire process — emails, video calls, meetings — she made us feel safe and supported. On the day of the ceremony, I felt completely calm and confident having her as our celebrant. Not only because of her experience, but because of the care and dedication she showed us from day one. The ceremony was beyond anything I could have imagined. Even though they don’t understand English, they told us it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever witnessed. They could feel the love, the depth, and the significance of every moment. Our guests here in Australia said the same — many told us it was one of the most meaningful and beautiful weddings they had ever attended. Yazmin, thank you for making our dream come true. We truly could not recommend Larissa from Madame Maricotta more highly. Everything she creates is made with so much love — and you can genuinely taste that love in every single bite. From the brigadeiros to the beijinhos, the Brazilian churros sweets, and the beautiful cake she prepared especially for my husband and me to enjoy on our wedding day, everything was simply perfect. My husband is Australian, and none of our guests were Brazilian — so for most of them, it was their very first time trying traditional Brazilian sweets. The reaction was unforgettable. Everyone was completely delighted and amazed by the flavors. They couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. And my husband? From the very first bite, he had no doubt — it had to be her. He instantly became her number one fan! The cake was fresh, soft, full of flavor, and absolutely beautiful. The sweets were delivered perfectly, fresh, and beautifully presented. You could truly feel the care and dedication she puts into her work. We live in Sydney and organized everything from a distance, as our wedding was on the Gold Coast. Even so, the entire process was smooth and professional. Larissa was committed, kind, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. She is now officially our go-to baker for every future celebration we have on the Gold Coast. And even when it’s not a celebration, we will absolutely be ordering her sweets whenever we are there on holidays — and bringing some back to Sydney with us!
