Overall we were impressed with how committed Liz was to us having a great wedding. She gave us a thorough walk through, made suggestions of all available add-ons and external supplier options (like the cocktail cart that we added in last minute and everyone LOVED!). She accommodated a crib for one of the bridesmaid's children and overall made our stay at the villa quite comfortable. However, the area we we had discussed using for the reception was made unavailable relatively last minute, which did result in extra expenses to us to decorate a much larger space than what was necessary for our small group and obviously took up extra planning time to make sure it still had the intimate feel we were going for.

Truthfully, I found the experience with Luv Bridal to be unnecessarily stressful. Although I ordered the dress months in advance and paid the expedited fee to have it ready by July (for a September wedding). When I called one week out, no one knew where the dress was. There is apparently no centralised system in order to check order status, resulting in days of waiting while someone got back to me. Communication from both head office and the store was appallingly inconsistent and often absent altogether. Although they eventually located the dress and refunded the expedited fee I paid, their recommended seamstress unfortunately also could not achieve the fit that was demonstrated when I was clipped into the dress on the first visit. This meant I had to take it to a second seamstress to have the dress fit me and stay secure throughout the night. Overall, I would recommend brides go elsewhere if they can.
