Paul and his team at Edge hospitality were amazing on our wedding day! The food was amazing (especially the gnocchi!) and the attention to detail was great. We had a lot of friends who had severe food allergies, who they could easily cater for. They also made it easy by being able to cater for all locations with their portable equipment. Aside from this, the support Paul gave us during the pandemic was amazing. We were those unlucky people who were cancelled for a second time over the 5 day lockdown in Melbourne and Edge hospitality could not have been more helpful and they went to the end of the earth to help us out. They worked through it with us to make our day special. Best day ever! Thanks Paul and the team at Edge Hospitality. We will absolutely recommend you to anyone and will be down to Bianchet.
