The staff at this store are the most approachable and attentive in compared to any store I visited, they were happy to stay in touch with me and let me know the process of my gown being delivered so I had no concerns or worries. After meeting the staff even my Mum said "we have to find your dress here - everyone is so lovely" and I am so glad we did. Amazing team and great value dresses too!

Everyone at our wedding raved about our cake, Anne-Maree was great in coordinating with our florist to make the cake look absolutely perfect and part of the wedding, while communicating with us each step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone - great value, service and amazing tasting cakes that look like perfection!

Nicole was great in trying to organising and patiently going through each aspect of an invitation with us (includings costs), as well as providing extra invites on short notice due to needing to add some guests. A great home made product!

DJ masters was great in organising a package to suit our needs and a time to meet with the DJ - the music provided on the night was exactly what we wanted - we had a running sheet though to provide which I think helped and would recommend everyone to do (should be aided by your venue)!

Great Venue and everything we wanted. We had a few minor issues with our dedicated organiser, stating she could organise things that were not present. Also asking us to complete a form prior to meeting with her - when driving over an hour and a half to find the appointment was to complete the form However, the manager came on the day and made everything run smoothly and perfectly so I can not really complain - they understood our frustrations and made changes to ensure there were no stresses on the day itself. The food was lovely and plenty of it - I would recommend this venue to everyone as they really do cater to you personally and try and amend any issues.

Unfortunately after return suits which did not fit right, the suits given on the day after a second fitting were even worse. Once groomsman jacket sleeves were half way up his forearm - with photos looking quite ridiculous. Another whose shirt was similar. At least the grooms fit! When discussing this with the company they simply refused to believe it and were not interested in even seeing the photos that showed this in a n obvious way. Lucky I have a sense of humour and can look back and laugh - although the groomsmen were quite distraught. I just feel the way this was handled taking 1 meeting and 5 phone calls to even get a minor refund or apology is not a great service to follow up a major mistake! Mind you the suits had another persons initials on them - I wonder if there was another wedding on this day with suits too large!
