Outstanding! Couldn't fault them. They were very helpful and talked me through the whole service. They advised me of rips in dress from use on wedding day. Looked like a brand new dress when I received my dress back. They also dry cleaned my husbands suit.

Fantastic! We had a few guests staying there, so they provided a good offer and discount for our guests and if we reached a particular amount of guests we would get our stay for free. They had put rose petals all over the room leading up the bed with champagne and a card from the lady who help set everything up with me the whole time, which was a lovely touch,

Fantastic! The admin staff was brilliant, they communicated with you every 3 months to advise where we should be with our music. They also communicated exactly who our DJ would be and assisted with other things that we may not have thought off regarding choice of music for the cutting of the cake etc.. The DJ was lovely and really did great with the music.

He was good, I was a little disappointed that he missed to main family photos. I was shocked that he missed those photos as he has a lot of experience, I do feel like we were a little rushed with our family shots though, which is why he maybe missed them. All the other photos were of high quality though. He was with us the whole day.

We had both our ceremony and reception here, they were great to deal with and they made sure everything I need was available. they took care of everything including back up weather plans, so I had no stress. Food was great! We got so many compliments on it, no one was left hungry.
