Hillstone St Lucia exceeded our expectations, and helped us create our perfect day! Our onsite wedding coordinator Lauren made the lead up to the big day a breeze - helping us with all the small parts that make up a wedding and answering any questions we had on how things will work on the day. She attended our rehersal and helped our celebrant with questions, as well as assisted our photographer who went to the venue a couple of days early with where the best locations for photos were. On the actual day everything went like clockwork without us even noticing. From the moment I arrived I felt a sense of calm and I didn't have to worry about a thing because everything flowed and just happened naturally (no doubt Lauren was working hard behind the scenes!). We even forgot to let our MC know what they were announcing because it was a lunch reception so it was basically just the speeches and cake cutting, and Lauren stepped in to make sure he got up at the right time and knew what he was doing. It was incredible! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and provided multiple beautiful locations for photos. We were only away from our guests for 45 minutes including travel time on golf carts to get all of our beautiful wedding photos that we will treasure forever. The food!!! Wow! Divine! All of our guests were raving with how delicious the lunch was, and couldn't get enough of the dessert buffet. Everyone kept coming up to me asking 'Have you tried this one?! It's amazing!'. The kids loved their food as well and said to me 'We can't believe all this is freee!!' (Hahaha). I can't express in words how happy both myself and hubby were leaving the venue and reflecting on the day. We both agreed it was absolutely perfect and we were so happy with it - and so were our guests, all leaving with huge smiles and full bellies!

Abbee is an absolute dream! She was the first celebrant I met with and I booked her straight away! Super friendly, down to earth and fun. She always made us feel at ease and made us laugh even when we were nervous about being the centre of attention (unavoidable at a wedding unfortunately!). My hubby was super nervous waiting for me at the end of the aisle, and Abbee helped him feel like his mate was standing up there with him (we didn't have a bridal party). The ceremony went perfectly and we had guests complimenting us on how sweet it was. Thank you so much Abbee!! We will be recommending you to everyone who asks (and even those that don't :D)

Luke at Wilson Film Co is a true artist when it comes to videography (and even photography!). He arrived at our venue early to organise aerial drone shots with our wedding coordinator, and scope out those small magical things that you don't necessarily notice when it's your big day. The results were absolutely incredible and the video captures our memories and the day perfectly! We will treasure this forever, and for anyone doubting whether to book a videographer I would highly encourage it and recommend Luke! The video is magical and brings back all the feelings of love and happiness every time you watch it. We can't wait to show it to our children one day. Wedding Videography

I booked Zoe after a friend recommended her, and after following her on instagram. Having a tight budget, I asked Zoe if I could go without a tria and she said that's absolutely fine, and that I could just send her looks I liked in the lead up. So a week before I sent a couple of pictures from her instagram of makeup I liked and a separate photo of myself and hair that I liked, and the results were beyond my expectations! She absolutely understood what I wanted and make me feel amazing on my big day! I didn't have a bridal party so it was just me getting ready (with my family just down the hall checking in!), and it was such a calm and lovely way to spend the morning - chatting and getting made over! Zoe is so so lovely and an incredible artist! I cannot recommend her enough!! Check out her instagram and you will not be disappointed :)
