Dresses ordered and received quickly, alterations done quickly as one of my bridesmaids flew in from overseas 4 days before the wedding. Excellent customer service, very helpful.

beautiful suits, got them on sale, customer service was very unhelpful, I had to get one if the jackets sent from another store and had to pay over the phone with my credit card and I had to get a credit voucher for the jacket that hadn't fitted. The assistance was so very bad, if the suits hadn't been such good quality for such a good price I wouldn't have bothered going there.

Bec is fantastic, she understood exactly what we wanted, had great suggestions, ordered in special candles in a colour we wanted, everything was just easy.
