We went through multiple changes in staff in the 12 months from when we booked the venue until our wedding date, however, each changeover was handled gracefully and professionally. I never doubted the capability or the product the venue was going to provide. I had one chance to come interstate to visit the venue, and the staff made the visit worth my while, answering my questions and taking my partner and I on a complimentary tour of the golf grounds where we would be having our photos taken, which was not part of the tour, but again, they insisted on making it worth our time. I had full faith in the staff on the wedding day, and the day went so smoothly, I did not have to think about a thing. The catering was incredible as well, and I have had so many compliments on the way we had the food delivered (buffet style at each of the 8 tables), and the quality of the food was top tier. I had a fantastic day and the venue delivered outstanding service throughout my whole experience.

The Emporium was extremely professional, and we had plenty of space and resources to have the hair and makeup artists arrive. I asked for my room to be serviced around 7am and they complied without hesitation. We received a turn-down service on our wedding day, and it was so lovely to come back to the room being ready to jump into bed. We also ordered a celebration cake which was accidentally overlooked, but when we brought it up, they had it delivered immediately.

The driver arrived early to the venue and was extremely respectful of our timing and was surprised when we left 10 minutes early! He helped us load the boot of his car with the flowers and other items we brought from the wedding and helped me get in and out of the car in my wedding dress, taking extra care not to step on my dress. It was an overall excellent experience, and the car was also very fancy and extremely clean and beautifully presented.

I had to organise my flowers interstate, and Bloomfield Flowers was so easy to communicate with; they kept me informed about the status of my flowers, and I did not even seen the bouquets or bud vases until the day of the wedding, and I am so glad I put my faith in them, because my flowers were even more beautiful than I could imagine.

The business closed down after I had booked them, however, they maintained my booking, and my wedding was the very last one they did. I was so grateful for the transparency and communication with the company. The driver was extremely professional and exciting and made the trip from the hotel to the venue easy and comfortable. I had such a great time and was so glad they could finish on a high with my beautiful summer wedding.

Ashleigh was thrown in the deep end with having to take on our wedding at the last minute, however, she delivered beyond expectation. She was so welcoming and bubbly and delivered a beautiful ceremony exactly as we had planned with our previous celebrant. The staff were amazing, they were so welcoming and fun and made me feel extremely comfortable with trying on everything that I did. I highly recommend Luv Bridal because the dresses were beautiful, but the staff were exceptional. Edit: I had my appointment to pick up my dress and the customer service was amazing and I am so grateful to the staff for making my experience so easy and fun.

Have you ever had the most perfect experience with your hair and makeup? The staff at Hollywood Brides are the ones to make that happen. The ladies were so talented and professional while having an amazing time! They brought an incredibly fun and positive energy to my hair and makeup trial and my wedding day and the results were amazing too. I felt SO beautiful for my wedding day and had a blast with the Hollywood Brides staff, and my hair and makeup was flawless, along with my two bridesmaids hair and makeup.
