The fittings were always relaxed and supportive and the staff were so very kind and accommodating. They really wanted to make sure you found the perfect dress that you utterly loved and were happy to make alterations to make sure you were happy! Turn around time was also so quick! I ordered mine early but then had to figure out where to store it for 9 months it got here so quick!

Mixed experience here. Communication with Tracey was difficult- there were a couple of scheduled calls she just missed with no warning. There were also a few instructions on the night (such as final song and a specific song I requested not to be played) that were either ignored or forgotten. The photobooth we paid extra for did not work half of the night and the colour on it was a bit weird. Additionally, all the prints had her company plastered over it, so keep that in mind if you book with her- I probably wouldn't have if I had known. Tracey herself was a wonderful DJ though.

Nathan really brought the perfect balance of professionalism and uplifting vibes. He knew exactly how to make everyone laugh and smile and everything felt so organic and easy. His enthusiasm was infectious but there were also moments where he managed to basically disappear and you had no idea he was there taking sneaky shots (which was an accomplishment for such a tall gentleman). I really can't recommend him enough for anyone's special day. I kind of wish he did more than weddings so I can book him again haha.
