King Parrot was the first and only venue we visited - we knew this was the place for us! In a beautiful natural bush setting, King Parrot allowed us to have the weekend long relaxed wedding we had hoped for. The venue has everything you need and so much more for a special event. Tony and Robyn are seasoned hosts who provided helpful advice and support in the lead up to and on the wedding weekend. Our friends and family and friends loved their weekend away and we were asked many times 'how did you find this?!' We can't wait to come back and stay again.

Anita is wonderful and like an old friend you have known forever. Anita crafted a ceremony so true to us, laughing with us along every step of the way and encouraging our personalities to shine through. She has a natural way with words a warm engaging persona. Anita was so easy to work with and speedily responds to any contact. I would recommend Anita to anyone who wants a unique and personal ceremony and wonderful memories to last forever.

Marriage Celebrants

Lion Bear have been the band for many of our friends weddings in the past and we were so lucky that they were willing to travel (quite far!!) to be the band at ours! Tam and Scotty have a relaxed vibe and create such a great party atmosphere. They involve everyone and are happy to play any requests. We loved them for our wedding and our friends and family made plenty of comments on how fantastic they were!

Cake queen, Georgie has made many perfectly delicious and beautiful cakes for us in the past and last November we were lucky enough for her to make our wedding cake. I chatted with Georgie and gave her an brief description on our style wedding, then comfortably left the ideas and creation up to her. She crafted three cakes differing in size with three unbelievably delicious flavours. She transported the cakes to our wedding location and styled the cakes on our forest bar along with a beautiful arrangement of florals and greenery. We received such great reviews on the cakes, our friends and family had seconds and thirds to taste each flavour and were absolutely delighted by all – they couldn't believe that the cakes were also vegan. We were so lucky to have Georgie, she was an amazing support taking care of every step, I can’t recommend her enough!!

Wedding Cakes

Tash was our wedding photographer last November and we can’t thank her enough for her professional work and enthusiasm for our wedding day.     We had a location wedding and Tash happily travelled 5 hours and camped the weekend, arriving the day before the wedding to scope out shoot locations. Tash was so easy to work with in the lead up to and on the day and was amazing at putting us and everyone at ease around the camera. She was energetic and keen to try out any ideas we had for photos. We have abundance of creative photographs that are full of love. Tash blended in with our friends and family and naturally captured every moment of our wedding day.   I would recommend Tash to anyone who wants warm memories relaxed fun, love and with plenty of laughs.
