In Ormond. Frank is very helpful there, dress came in quickly and he offered to alter it if needed. After picking it up he offered to press it the day before the wedding if needed. Good prices too.

Nice suits, good prices. Staff very helpful. They altered everything that needed to be, and did a good job of it. They can come to you if you can't get there. Only bad thing was on the day of the wedding the best mans jacket button fell off getting ready.

The staff are lovely and very helpful, on arrival at 11:30pm they came out and got our bags and took them up for us. Views are gorgeous, in the yarra king suite. Comfortable bed and overall great atmosphere.

Cake was amazing, very moist and dense, looked great and tasted great. Only issue was they called the Monday before the wedding asking for the final payment, when we had been in already and paid it. Miscommunication.

Jim & Mary were LOVELY. Cars were great, drove well, clean, and a pleasant ride. They were soo helpful on the day. Couldn't have asked for more. And VERY punctual.

Dress came in, there was a slight mishap, sent it back and was returned in a timely matter. Friendly staff, good prices. GORGEOUS dressed.

Umbrellas were nice, even though we didn't need to use them. They are efficient at getting them out to you, and give you time to return them.
