Olivia was absolutely wonderful and played such a special role in making our wedding ceremony feel personal, meaningful and completely “us”. From the very beginning, she was super organised, clear in her communication, reliable and patient. She really took the time to understand our story as a couple and used that to create a ceremony that felt warm, genuine and personalised to us. Olivia was also great at talking us through different options and ideas we could include in the ceremony, which helped bring our vision to life in a way that felt natural and true to us. In the lead-up, she went through everything from start to finish so we knew exactly what to expect, which took so much stress off our shoulders. On the day itself, Olivia was calm, helpful and gave us gentle prompts when we needed them, which made everything feel so easy. We had such a great experience with Baker Boys for our wedding photography and videography. Both the photographer and videographer were professional, friendly and so easy to have around on the day. They made the whole experience feel really natural and fun, which was important to us because we didn’t want anything to feel too posed or awkward. They were also really non-invasive throughout the day; they captured everything beautifully, but most of the time we barely even noticed they were there. I had prepared a shot list for the family photos after the ceremony and they worked through it so efficiently, which made such a difference on a hot summer day. It helped everything move along quickly while still making sure we got all the photos we wanted. The quality of the photos and video was amazing, and we felt they were great value for money. I also really appreciated having a single account planner in the lead-up to the wedding who was super responsive and organised. It made me feel a lot less stressed knowing everything was under control before the day. We would absolutely recommend Baker Boys to other couples — they were awesome from start to finish.
