Dress was a Wendy Makin RTW purchased from Belladonna Bridal. Stunning dress, service was excellent, in particular the seamstress Sandy. Found a small mark on my dress after collection-was fixed with a minimum of fuss and a lot of sincere apologies. Good range in store.

From the moment I met Vanessa, I knew she was the one I wanted as our celebrant! Vanessa was extremely organised, interested and approachable. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her couples and capturing their relationship. Best celebrant ever!!!

Karen was very easy to deal with, had a lot of pictures of her previous work and fake bouquets to show sizes. Made sure we had a back up plan if flowers arrived in the wrong colour. Communication (email and phone) was excellent.

Website was very easy to use. Sarah was quick to respond to emails and was very accomodating in making changes to an existing design to meet my specifications (I liked my final invitations more than the original design!). Finished product was beautiful, delivered quickly and well packaged. Highly recommended.

I had Shantelle (make up) and Helena (hair). Both were extremely talented, professional and lovely to work with. Helena went above and beyond to help me out when I had an unexpected last minute change to my numbers 4 days out and reorganised everything for me.

Dealt with Brian during planning, Donna on the night. Both were excellent. Brian was always available to help with planning (online planning tool was great). Donna made sure to introduce herself on the night and was very accomodating with requests. Dance floor was full and music was great.

Leah was amazing to work with. Gave very clear instructions, was very organised and very accomodating with requests. Kept the list of pictures we wanted on her at all times and checked this frequently. Very warm, friendly and invested in giving couples what they want!

Great range, great staff. Were very accomodating when one of our groomsmen's suits turned out to be slightly too big - changed with no fuss. Suit pants were altered for free. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Stuck to schedule (turned up on time and got me to the venue on time). Dennis was very helpful with getting in and out of the car, even fluffed my dress just before I walked down the aisle! Car was beautiful and in excellent condition.
