Jo-Ellen is the most wonderful celebrant we could have ever wished for! She has such a beautifully caring, friendly, positive and calming manner. She made our day so very special and we have the happiest memories with her. The entire process from registering for marriage, marriage certificate, vows and order of the ceremony was guided by Jo-Ellen and she was always so helpful and supportive. We highly recommend her!!!
