Poor customer Service, poor communication. The dress broke on the day, and I was not made feel special at all. I had flown interstate 5 times for fittings, and was still treated as just another number.

Easy, simple process. Communication was poor at times, however end product was great. I simply sent through my Pintrest details for my wedding cake, and she gauged what I wanted from that. Everyone loved the alternative flavors on the day , and not one complaint!!! The picture I sent through that she modeled the cake from, was exactly what we sliced through on the day. The shop is cute, and the aromas are DECADENT ...mmmmmm!!

Worries before meeting Jake....1 million. Worries after meeting Jake... 0 If you want someone who will act as a medication almost to calm your anxiety over your upcoming nuptials... Jake is the man for the job. No stress, no hassle. Jake was happy to meet with us anytime, for any reason ... even if it were just for coffee!! We are not religious, although Jake is, however this is completely irrelevant as his personality shines through to win you over.

Kate was eccentric, electric, fast paced and on the BALL!! Answered all my crazy texts at crazy hours, somehow made all the mental images in my head a reality, plus improved on what I thought was possible!!!!!!

These guys made my dream a reality. Jacqueline Moore the special events manager, literally became a friend. She came on the day with her iPhone to take her own photos of the day. She cares, she ACTUALLY cares. She and the team at Brisbane Racing Club made our day the most amazing day. She literally answered the phone EVERY TIME. She made me feel so comfortable in the venue, what they would do and how they would do it. She never made us feel like a number , and she genuinely loves her job .....and this is evident in the end product on the day . AMAZING .

11/10.....These guys came in at late notice, and absolutely blew me away with their service. They were so amazing and professional. They did not demand, and made all of my guests feel at ease in being photographed. The communication was outstanding, the product was outstanding. Overall these guys were fantastic!!! Would happily refer friends and family. Kind, funny and generous.
