We stayed there on the night of the wedding and few days before but the staff took out my wife's shoes and put them in the bin. We got an upgrade with a great view but the room is a bit old.

We got married in the gold room and we got a good view of the harbour and the staff were really helpful. Drinks were served on request. Highly recommend.
