We had silver chopsticks for our bomboniere which I purchased online from Engraving Plus which were engraved with our names, wedding date and double hearts. They sent a sample graphic to approve which was very reassuring. They looked fantastic and the whole transaction process was simple and efficient.

My husband had a few problems with the service, eg unhelpful and slow staff despite having made an appointment. Previous measurements were also recorded incorrectly which meant resizing was necessary when picking up which took far too long. However my husband and his groomsmen all looked very smart on the day :)

I designed and assembled my own invitations from paper and supplies I bought from Amazing Paper. Kevin was great with some very helpful tips. I had a lot of comments about how stylish they looked so very happy with them.

Ben suited us perfectly and I highly recommend him. He is very pleasant, professional and helpful plus he is obviously very exerienced and extremely talented. We absolutely loved our photos and they were ready 4 days after our wedding. I know a couple who waited 18 months for theirs!

I admit I had some issues with discolouration which occured over time for a pair of shoes which I bought about 6 months prior to the wedding. They were on sale for a very good price (was previously floor stock) however when I notified the store of this they were extremely helpful in assisting me to find another pair of shoes. They refunded me for the first pair and discounted my replacement shoes (which I absolutely loved). A potentially stressful situation was avoided thanks to the manager and staff at this store.

I am so glad we decided on a harbour cruise for our wedding! We had our ceremony on board followed by the reception. It was the most perfect night and so much fun! The boat was beautiful, the staff were faultless, the food was delicious and everything ran so smoothly. My only regret is that it all went so fast. My advice would be to add on another hour or 2 to the standard package. I thoroughly recommend this venue.
