Excellent customer service. We were really happy with the people who worked there. The dresses weren't of the best quality though. The hems were uneven. This wasn't noticed unless you were looking closely though.

The cake looked beautiful and was really well priced. I didn't get time to eat any but apparently it tasted great too. The lady is a bit hard to get in contact with at times and doesn't always return your calls though.

Once again, great customer service. The problem with my dress was that it arrived from the manufacturer, Mancini bridal and was much too long! Spurling paid for it to get altered correctly though. This was a big stress that I didn't need though.
