I loved my dress, it was perfect but the service was very ordinary. I had never tried wedding dresses on before and was just put into a change room with the dress and told to go for it. i had no idea what i was doing and i was so paranoid about wrecking the dresses as i was climbing into them. once we said we would purchase the dress we were then left for 15min where we could have just walked out because there was not a person in sight. we paid for the dress in full and were told it would be 6months before i heard from them (which was fine). i let them know that i was coming to pick the dress up 2 weeks before i got there because we were coming from 700kms away. i then called the day before to give them the heads up and then they said the dress had not been pressed because i had not given them 48 hours notice, even though i had told them 2 weeks ago that i was coming to pick the dress up. then they crumbled my dress up in a tiny bag because they had no dress bags left. they said they would send me a bag in the mail and after 4 phone calls they finally sent me a dress bag 6 weeks later. great range of dresses, very poor service.

Camille is amazing. We could not have asked for a more beautiful person to help us become husband and wife. She is calm, funny, professional, kind, caring, and just amazing. All our guests commented how lovely she was. Can not reccommend her enough!

My mum organised the flowers for me and so it was a surprise on the day of what i was getting. there was a marathon in adelaide the day of our wedding and the poor driver was so stressed about being late but the flowers were absolutely immaculate. they also delivered the flowers directly to our ceremony at the botanic gardens. very happy with the beautiful flowers, very well priced, and lovely team of people.

The boys stayed at the hotel richmond the night before the wedding and my husband and i stayed there the night of the wedding. the room was fresh, cool, and quiet. just what we needed after such a big day. water pressure in shower was great and lots of hot water. the room was very dark with the curtains drawn which was great as it allowed us to have a sleep in the next day. would stay there again for sure.

I was very happy with my bridesmaids hair & make up. They all looked beautiful. Unfortunately they ran out of time and didnt get to do my hair as i would have liked but it still looked fine.

All of my guests raved about the band. It wasnt my personal taste of music so i was disappointed but i should have been more specific about the playlist before the night.

We had Tony photograph our wedding. He is fabulous! We arent big photo people but my husband even said how he enjoyed the day and Tony made it really fun and relaxing. He had our bridal party in fits of laughter with his little one liners and he was everyones best friend by the end of the night.

I cant even begin to say how amazing this venue is let alone the staff. We wanted to get married, walk in, walk out, and that is exactly what we did. The functions team at the Richmond went above and beyond to make our reception fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they are so friendly and professional. We brought a few bits and pieces that we wanted to use for decorations and they did everything for us and it looked amazing. i can not fault the venue or the team. Thank you!

The boys were dressed by Joseph and we were very very happy with the quality of the suits. Joseph is an absolute perfectionist and a pleasure to be around. Many of my friends only buy suits from Joseph and since our wedding i can understand why.
