I'm so glad I found Phoebe! The brief was 'me but better' and Phoebe got it spot on. Phoebe made me feel beautiful but natural with a touch of glamour. She listened to everything I said about how makeup works on my face, how my hair takes product and styling, and worked with my features to create a perfect look for the night. Her friendly, calm presence was a beautiful addition to the chaos of our house while we were getting ready. Phoebe also did hair and makeup for my 13yo daughter, who wanted to be a part of the day but has sensory issues and really doesn't love makeup! Again, Phoebe listened to her, checked in with her often to make sure she was ok, and my daughter loved the final result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phoebe and I hope I have occasion to book her again!
