The assistance the boys received was great, my only concern is they had to order in another suit jacket in the correct size and they didn't really see the urgency in us wanting to get it in a week early. We wanted to make sure that it was the right jacket! That would have left us enough time to source one from somewhere else if it had been wrong.

We were very happy with the overall result (the resort was FAB) the only little things that were annoying was the fact we were promised certain things: Free upgrade to a honeymoon suite, 20% all meals & drinks at the resort, free massage & we didn't receive any of it. I checked with the Resort which showed me all there correspondence & it looks like Flight Centre were telling me what I wanted to hear!! But as I said the price was right, the transfers were there to pick us up & we had a blast so overall it was ok. Did have a bit of trouble with communicating with the same person, they always seemed to be moving between branches & going on holidays!

The room was not bad, but for 4.5 stars I was expecting a bit more. The facilities are a bit run down & old. The room was clean & the service ok, but we probably wouldn't stay there again.

I originally found my dress in another store & Loretta stocked the same UK designer, she did not have the dress I wanted in stock but she was more then happy for me to order it through her & at a MUCH cheaper price! Loretta is a gem & very helpful, all her staff are knowledgeable but there was one lady that was very bossy. I didn't like dealing with her so I always made sure Loretta was in when I went for fittings. It turned out the dress fitted me perfectly & it didn't need any alterations!

We ordered all the accessories from dizzi dezine & put them together ourselves. It was so easy (I thought it was going to be much harder!) & everything was as described.

Great pre wedding service, easy to deal with & happy to answer all my silly questions! On the day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about, I sat back and watched everything work like clockwork. So far I have had no negative feedback from any of my guests so I take that as a good sign of great service on the night. P.S. the food was super yummy!
