We had a quiet outdoor service with just the two of us at the Hydro. Aurelie, the Conference and Events Coordinator , was very helpful in meeting our needs even though it was such a small event for her to be involved with compared to many she must organise. We were always made to feel that we were important and nothing was too much trouble. On the day all the staff fussed over us and made it a really special day. I’m sure they also organised the beautiful weather on the day! The food and service were excellent as was our room with the majestic view of the valley below.

Kellie recently conducted our wedding service at the Hydro Majestic at Medlow Bath. From the first moment we contacted Kellie we felt comfortable dealing with her. We met once before the wedding to complete the paperwork but otherwise everything was handled over the phone and by text because we were so far away. Kellie was very efficient and dependable. She always did everything she said she would and was always on time. Just the sort of person you need at such an important time. After finding out what we wanted Kellie wrote and conducted the service herself. With her warm manner and presentation the service turned out exactly the way we wanted. As a nice touch she also presented us with a framed copy of our unofficial marriage certificate that we signed on the day. From beginning to end Kellie took all the stress out of trying to complete the necessary paperwork and she has also arranged for us to receive a copy of our registered marriage certificate. It is rare these days to find someone who knows what they are doing, understands their clients needs and follows up to ensure everything is taken care of. We would not hesitate to recommend Kellie as a celebrant for any occasion.
