We were excited to book with Epicure at Taronga Zoo but disappointed with the journey. The staff are great and are very helpful when you are communicating with them 1:1. However, we rotated through 3 wedding coordinators in the 12 months leading up to our wedding. Throughout our engagement with Epicure, it was difficult to reach our coordinator at times, we had to communicate the same info every time we switched coordinators and we were promised inclusions that didn't present themselves on the wedding day. It suggests to me deep cultural issues, where staff are trying to do right by their clients but are heavily under-resourced. I would like to thank the staff for doing their best to support their clients (they are accommodating and great on the day), but if we were to do it all over again, we would not host our wedding at the Taronga Centre and would not recommend it to our family or friends.

We would highly recommend Janet as your celebrant. She is fun, quirky and extremely organised. Throughout our journey, she was always helpful and ready to provide guidance. We benefited greatly from her advice, which is founded from her long and diverse experience in the industry. Her resources made it easy for my husband and I to structure our ceremony and write our vows - more time back to get everything else sorted. And importantly, we would party with Janet, anytime.

We received our preview photos and they were simply stunning! A huge surprise as my husband and I are not natural posers. On the day, T-One integrated among our wedding guests and were very accommodating to our needs. We would recommend T-One to others, and are also considering a post-wedding shoot - which we would of course engage T-One to do!

Just spectacular. We engaged Jewel Phon's team to help us with the flowers and wedding decorations. We sent a few sample photos of what we wanted, but essentially told Jewel we trusted her and her team's judgement and to make any adjustments they see fit. Boy, we were not disappointed. I was totally in love with the bouquets and button-holes. They were so beautiful. Photos just did not do it justice. The reception was also very beautifully decorated - we could not have wanted more. Thank you, Jewel and Team!
