He was so good! He was the only videographer but he was so thorough and had so many angles covered. Within a week, we had a sneak peak, raw ceremony footage and our reception! And two months in, we had our final edits which were incredible. He was such gentle nature and he blended in so well! He captured so much. Our guests said he was so good, professional and warm. He interacted so well! It felt like good value for what we paid. He worked well with our photographer even though they were not in the team. They were so professional and worked beautifully together.

Melynda was really helpful throughout the booking process. She was so competitive with the pricing and had a great deal for us. We booked them for transfer for our bridal party plus also helped us book a bus transfer. Communication was really clear and easy. She was so personable and timely. The cars were great and clean, very well presented!

We loved Riverbank Estate. They were amazing to book with and was so well processed. Everything was efficient, clearly communicated and laid out. We never felt rushed and pressured. It was really convenient to have all our guests in the one location for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. There was unpredicted weather on our day but they were very empathetic and supported whatever decision we made. They had a change of staff but were so professional, genuine and caring. We still go to dinners there often and they still make an effort to make us feel special. The venue felt very us and we loved it. Lots of our guests came from interstate and loved how picturesque it was.
