We had a rodizio style barbeque for our wedding and it was delicious! Satisfying, tasty and fresh. The salads were great, the meat so tender, the barramundi very special and the canapes were AMAZING especially the scallops. The whole team were extremely helpful and flexible, and were lovely to us and to our guests throughout the night. Nothing was a problem, they were happy to tailor our menu to our needs, and to answer questions about special dietary requirements. We also recommend the cake service. If you want a relaxed function with a festive vibe, and delicious food, call Brazilian Spit Roast and Catering!

Fiona was a pleasure to deal with, and she made our ceremony very special for us. She gave us a lot of helpful advice and also a lot of fascinating background into some of the symbols and traditions of marriage. This allowed us to plan a ceremony that felt special to us. She provided very helpful guidance with preparing our own vows, and advice on things we had no idea about, such as how long a ceremony should be. And her harp playing is wonderful!

These musicians are talented. We had so many compliments from guests of all different ages about the music at our reception. They have their own great arrangements of some classic tunes, and they are terrific musicians. They were able to offer advice and guidance when it was needed, and even to accommodate a special request for a special song for us (Outkast's Hey Ya which was not in their usual repertoire) and they learned it and created their own arrangement and their version was terrific! The perfect music for a very happy day.
