This business is misleading and very poor service was provided. Genesa’s overall presence was quite rude and unprofessional. I only saw my bouquet two hours before the wedding started and the rest of the florals were just sitting in the back of a car and I had to collect them myself just before I was to walk down the isle when I was told that I would be seeing photographs to approve them a week prior. The overall service and prop hire was not satisfactory. There were quite a few items that I had paid for that were not delivered on the day and I received a pathetic compensation amount. They were washing up the plates and cutlery from a previous event in one of the sinks on the venue site. There was no organisation and just excuses, trying to blame it on me when they turned up a couple of hours before the ceremony and not earlier in the day like it was originally planned. Causing a lot of stress and worry. Other professional vendors who were providing their services on the day commented saying they have never been to a wedding before where the stylist was so late and unprofessional. A lot of our guests had to help with moving the hire chairs which some had horse manure on.  The tables also had manure on them which my father and grandfather had to clean. Clearly a huge health risk as food was to be served on these. The table cloths also had stains  on them. There didn’t feel like there was much efficiency and organization. For myself, as the bride this is very upsetting and embarrassing hearing during preparations that my family/guests had no choice but to fix this mess up. Zero apology from Genesa herself. I feel robbed of my money. I could never recommend this business.

Sarah was our celebrant and we are so happy we went with her. She took the time to get to know my partner and I before the wedding, it was so personalized. Truly the best! The ceremony was very special, our family all commented on how touching and emotional it was. Adding in a bit of our cheek was perfect!! It was definitely a moment we will not forget.
