Went to the Sydney Road store. I would just say don't go on a weekend and make sure you are not pushed into anything you don't want. Take along someone who you feel comfortable with in case you don't feel comfortable with the sales process. However, the alterations lady I would rate highly. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Neiyo and her photography was absolutely brilliant. I could not recommend her more highly. She is very sweet and very easy to get along with. I felt like she wasn't even there on the day and the quality of the photos was super beautiful. Everything was perfect, I just loved her in every aspect. I think she's a really nice person and her photography are brilliant!
