When it comes down to it, the thing that makes a function, in this case my wedding, a success is the food and catering. Absolutely everybody commented on the delicious food served at my intimate wedding reception of 40. Gomez exceeded all expectations. He and his crew provided one of the best presented and tastiest feasts I have ever had, and with a career in international hotels, that is saying something. For what I consider an average budget he provided a five star banquet. I can not recommend him enough..
