Couldn't imagine our day without Vanessa. She was very enthusiastic about our "surprise wedding", more than happy to play along and offered great personalized advice. Vanessa was kind, friendly, engaging during the pre-wedding commitments and come game day, Vanessa NAILED IT!! Thank you Vanessa.

As one of the only 2 hotels on Southbank they have a monopoly. Expensive, small rooms but did the job. Unfortunately for us they welcomed all of our guest to the wedding... It was a surprise and booked as an engagement party. Our wedding was not a surprise after that.
