Service was excellent, price was reasonable. My only gripe would be in the quality of the goods we recieved- however i may be being harsh. We ordered the glass coasters for bomboniere, and they looked wonderful, however they aren't really useful as coasters as the laser-etching isn't very deep so the water seemed to 'dull' the writing. Much cheaper than the flowergirl dress suppliers, and still beautiful dresses. Ours had a pink sash which a friend of ours unpicked to put the bridesmaids' colour instead.

Jeff was really polite, helpful, funny and has a very calming personality. Everything was organised with ease, and during the ceremony i think he was the only person who had his head on straight- even calming a ring-not-fitting situation!

Victoria was fantastic, lively and handled the stresses of the morning fabulously. She did beautiful, elegant makeup and hair that turned out exactly as i wanted, and dealt very well with my family, bridesmaids and flowergirls.
