There was miscommunication in the initial beginnings of the doltone house sales consultant to event co-ordinator department. Event co-ordinator was a charm, any last minute drop in and replacement add ons up to the day ( last 5 hours to be exact) are all sorted out by our lovely Doltone house event co-ordinator for the Hydepark venue! Couldn't be more please! Side note : there was no food tasting for meal selection.

Red Sleeve Studio does both photography + video with their awesomely collaborative and high functioning team. If photography + videography package (2 photographer + 2 videographer) has been chosen and the bride + groom are separated before the ceremony, the team would split themselves up (1 photographer + 1 videographer) to follow and capture both sides of the story/day. Be assured the Red Sleeve Studio team would capture your day in all angles and perspectives to tell the perfect story. Highly recommended! Side note : As part of their package, we received free engagement shoot with all the photos in High resolution quality! Yes the photos are included when they mentioned a free engagement shoot with Red Sleeve! This is without the additional price that many other photography companies would charge to hand over photos (others companies would trap you with free engagement shoot, but no photos in their fine print).

Another up coming, bridal floral team, that has built a growing reputation to deliver the most elegant florals to your wedding day needs! The team delivered perfect ceremony styling (chairs, arch, pews, arrangements) and bouquet florals! Helen Brown's team was very accommodating to our wedding needs and changes to the package, as we had groomsmen drop out last two months and Helen and team gladly swapped it to alternatives. We booked Sheraton Hyde park over two nights to allow efficient wedding day with a chinese tea ceremony (we had like 28+ people in the room), lunch team recovery location, close proximity to the Mint Courtyard for ceremony and Doltone house Hydepark for reception. The Sheraton Club Manager was very accommodating to our wedding day plan and extended the checkout time until 3pm. Sheraton even gifted us champagne upon the first night checkin which is very nice of them! Side note: Hotel reception database does not communicate with these special events so you would need to show them the email for confirmation of the extended check out time to update in their database.
