Lesley and Melanie were our makeup and hair stylists for our wedding ceremony at Joondalup Resort in Connolly, Western Australia on 27 October 2018. Les and Mel did 3 x hairstyles and makeup for 3 x people on our wedding day. This included the bride, mother of bride, matron of honour and bridesmaid. Being in my mid-thirties, I was after a makeup and hair stylist whom were experienced with styling a mature person. This may sound strange, but I trust you know what I mean. I had a trial with Les and Mel to which they carried out outstandingly, they did exactly what I was after, after showing them photos. On my wedding day, I completely changed my mind on style. I didn’t have any photos of the new style’s I was after but after explaining what I was after, Les and Mel pulled it of magnificently. Our makeup and hairstyles were exactly what I envisaged in my head. Les and Mel are truly talented in what they do, and I would highly recommend Lush Hair & Makeup to anyone. Nicky Marshall of Sweet Floral Perth supplied our bridal bouquets, buttonholes, flower crown for our flower girl, hair flowers for our matron of honour, corsages for our mothers and flowers for our guest and bridal table, for our wedding at Joondalup Resort in Connolly, Western Australia on 27 October 2018. Nicky is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is very passionate in what she does. I absolutely love flowers, like most girls do but I did not have a clue where to start, just that I wanted white flowers with greenery. Straight away Nicky knew the flowers that would be in season around our wedding date and gave suggestions on what would work together, to make an outstanding bouquet and button holes etc. We were extremely pleased with what Nicky supplied on our day. My matron of also booked Nicky for a flower crown party on my hens day. This was so much fun and would highly recommend doing a flower crown party to any bride. Nicky was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end and by far exceeded my expectations, with the arrangements supplied on our day. Gerry O’Connell of DJC Entertainment was our DJ and MC for our wedding at Joondalup Resort in Connolly, Western Australia on 27 October 2018. From the moment I met Gerry, I knew I needed to have him at our wedding. An Irishman with great charisma. Gerry assisted us with planning and the timing of our evening, along with helping us select our entrance/cutting of the cake/first dance/speech and departure songs. We advised Gerry the music we didn’t like, the age groups of people attending, and he completely smashed it. The bridal party and all our guests, still to this day compliment on good Gerry was. Gerry truly is a talented soul. Communication with Gerry and his wife Anita throughout the whole process was magnificent and I would highly recommend DJC Entertainment to anyone requiring a DJ and MC for their wedding. Aleisha Leman of Fondant Features made our Wedding Cake and Bonbonniere’s for our wedding day at Joondalup Resort in Connolly, Western Australia on 27 October 2018. Aleisha was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end. We opted for a two-tiered cake and a macaron in an acetate box for our favours. Both our cake and the bonbonniere’s looked amazing and tasted divine. We also received many compliments from our guests on the design’s and flavours too. Paul Winzar Photography was our Photographer at our wedding, at Joondalup Resort in Connolly, Western Australia on 27 October 2018. Paul is a down to earth, genuine guy who is passionate about his work. Communication with Paul from the beginning to the end was by far the best. He was such a pleasure to deal. No stress whatsoever and he was always prompt when replying to emails and taking/returning calls. A sneak peek selection of photos was uploaded to Facebook within a week of our wedding, and we received our low-resolution photos via Dropbox about 3 weeks after our wedding date. A wedding album was included in our package and upon selecting the photos for it we received our wedding album and high-resolution photos on a USB stick at the beginning of January 2019. Our high-resolution pics were ready for collection at the beginning of December, but we were happy to wait until our album was ready to collect, to collect them both together. The quality of our wedding album was beyond my expectations, it was beautiful so were our photographs. Paul captured our day well, capturing our emotion, including everybody that was apart of our wedding day.
