Monique did a wonderful job on hair and make up for myself, my sister and my mum for my wedding this year. I was so excited when I found Monique's portfolio, as I was after a bold look and hadn't had much luck finding anyone! Monique was generous with her experience, her time and her expertise. I don't wear much make up day-to-day so I was completely reliant on her! We did two hair trials as I couldn't make up my mind, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. On the day, Monique was perfect. I really appreciated that she communicated her set-up needs to me beforehand, so I could make sure her arrival was nice and smooth and there weren't any delays that would domino into the rest of the day. Monique arrived early and was straight into it. All her work was beautiful, but I was especially impressed with the make up for my 70 year old mum! Not everyone can work well on different textured skin, but everyone looks fabulous. I think we actually finished a little early too! Monique is professional, fantastic at her job, and also just lovely to hang out with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding hair and/or make up. You couldn't be in safer hands!
