Coolibah Downs and the entire team were absolutely incredible. When the sun decided it did not want to participate in our wedding day, they did everything possible to ensure the weather did not take away from our experience. They were constantly offering thoughtful alternatives, had umbrellas ready, carts going whenever we needed them and helped us navigate every unexpected change with calmness and care. At one point, my dress had gained what felt like four kilograms of water, and the team even helped me remove it and hang it properly so it could dry enough to be transported the following day. Their support went far beyond what we ever expected from a venue. They genuinely cared about us, our guests and making sure we still had an incredible day. We are so grateful for everything they did and could not recommend Coolibah Downs more highly.
