Deborah is considerate, kind and caring. Our Wedding day ceremony was full of love , happiness and laughter. She took into consideration our personalities, feelings and requirements. She included everyone into our special day, she included people we love into the ceremony. She started our married life with love, hope, and happiness. She calmed our nerves and encouraged us, she is a lovely person. 10 out of 10 .

Room for improvement ! We got married according to the Middlebrook running sheet at 3pm. But our guest were not allowed into the Estate until 4.30 many guest sick of waiting outside left and didn't come back until the reception. One of the reasons we picked this venue was so the guest didn't have to go anywhere in between the ceremony and reception. We asked if the doors could be opened but were told no as the food wasn't ready ! I will point out that the drinks and food between 4.30 and 5.30 cost extra and are not part of the package. At the reception our guest were suppose to have a choice of two entrees but they ran out of one. !! We wanted to dance, everybody wanted to dance, but the Wedding waltz, dance is not allowed to be done until all meals are served, including desert, and the tables cleared. Dancing is late and time is limited. Table services for drinks is limited as staff numbers are low. Coffee and tea is not served at the tables and desert bar is in the foyer, many guest were not aware this is even available. Definetly room for improvements !!

We had booked and payed for 2 matching Bentleys. The night before our wedding they rang and told us they were not available. They sent two other cars in their place.They did not match ,they arrived half an hour late, so we couldn't have any photo with the cars at my parents house, as we had to leave straight away. The car I travelled in was in very poor condition mechanically, and arrived well after the brides maids. We were offered no discount,
