Immediately it felt like I'd known Laurie for years - she is the queen of making you feel at ease and comfortable. Laurie was amazing with all of our family members, including our 3 year old page boy who was grumpy by the second photo and kept him entertained and interested. Mon was absolutely amazing on my wedding morning. She was prompt, arrived exactly on time. She was quick and efficient to work and finished early. She 'prepped' everyone's hair and then went back and finalized them all. She is wonderful, professional and skillful. She remained calm throughout all of the chaos. Each of my bridesmaids had different style hair and different requests for how they wanted it styled- Mon complied with everyone and was able to make decisions for us when we responded with "I don't know, do whatever you think". My hair lasted all day and into the evening- I even slept in mine that night and woke up with the bun still in tact! Highly recommend Monica and M Flair for all your hair styling needs.
