Mimosa Wines was the perfect wedding venue! We would give 6 or more stars out of 5 - its an absolute hidden gem! The location is beautiful, nestled between two National Parkes , 5 minutes from gorgeous beaches and a deck with stunning views of the parks, mountains and beautifully maintained property. The food was utterly superb, with many extremely complimentary comments from all guests. The menu choice was great, with all dietary requirements covered. We were extremely impressed with the running and organisation of the venue - they were all very accomodating of our needs and choices. The staff followed every request and direction to a tee, all while providing exceptional service to the guests. Again, we had a lot of very good feedback from our guests on the extremely high quality of the staff and service. Aymeric was organised and easy to deal with, providing plenty of assistance, recommendations and local options for all wedding services in the region. He also provided suggestions for our requirements in nearby Bermagui. He was prompt at responding to our requests and remained up front throughout the booking and planning process. We loved staying onsite in the cosy vineyard cottage and enjoyed the serenity of the estate, we only wish we could have stayed longer afterwards. It is a rustic farmyard estate, which was perfect for our taste and needs - we even returned for our anniversary.

We HIGHLY recommend Daisy Hill photography. Tara was exceptional. She was professional and delightful to work with, and provided exactly what we were after, listening to what we wanted instead of telling us how we should run things. When required Tara was exceptional at politely directing people to get the most photos she could in the short period we hired her for, making sure she captured every moment and the people we requested. She was also great at getting photos of all the children involved. The final photos were absolutely fantastic and beyond anything we could have wanted or expected. Further, Tara made sure we practically had immediate access to plenty of teaser photos.
