Breathtaking natural setting. Celebrate surrounded by more than 250 acres of rolling countryside, native forest, vineyards and sweeping mountain views. From romantic outdoor ceremonies to our elevated treetop restaurant, every part of the property provides a spectacular backdrop.

Exceptional food and wine. Our talented culinary team creates generous, beautifully presented menus using quality seasonal produce. Whether you’re dreaming of an elegant seated feast or a relaxed cocktail celebration, food and wine remain at the heart of every Mimosa wedding.

Onsite accommodation for 29 guests. Extend your celebration over several days with your closest friends and family. The Homestead sleeps nine guests, the Vineyard Cottage sleeps four, and our eight glamping lodges accommodate a further 16 guests. It’s the perfect way to settle in, slow down and enjoy the entire wedding experience together.

Hi, I’m Aymeric, owner of Mimosa Wines. Together with my family and our wonderful team, I’ve created a relaxed and welcoming wedding destination where beautiful food, and genuine hospitality come together. I absolutely love helping couples create celebrations that feel personal, effortless and uniquely theirs.
