It wasn’t the first time that I got Maddie to custom design (flavour and design) cake. My sister and I have always go to her when we needed a special cake (birthday, engagement and wedding). It was a no brainer to have her when we were planning our wedding. I wanted something light, with texture and also indulgent and also speckled of saltiness. I suggested hojicha as the cake base and wanted to include her signature caramel sauce. She came back with the rest of the components and made it better! She is so talented and adventurous with flavours. Absolutely love our experience with Maddie and would recommend her to anyone!
