Shelley made our wedding cake and it looked and tasted absolutely amazing! 3 tiers, each of them of different flavor : choc mud, strawberry/pistachio and coconut. We received many compliments from our guests how much they loved our wedding cake. Shelley is highly professional, kind and very easy to communicate with. She delivered our cake on time given a very strict delivery deadline by our venue. It was decorated beautifully. We can't recommend Shelley from Belle Bakes highly enough.
