Roxanna also owns the Persian Restaurant at Bardon and is a fabulous chef. Her cakes are amazing, so when I showed her a picture of a naked cake with native flowers and sugared fruit she knew exactly what we were after. The cake was stunning and very delicious. It was a shame to cut it!
