We got married at Trawool April 2026. I’m not sure if we just had a series of unfortunate events but we were allocated 3 wedding planners between when we booked it (6 months out) to the wedding day which meant details were missed on the day. The girl who did do our wedding did the best job she could but she took over the wedding 2 weeks before our day. We also didn’t get enough food at the reception, what we were shown and fed at our tasting wasn’t the sizes provided on the night. We were also charged a small final amount without discussion and there was some incorrect charges on it. Overall the venue itself is beautiful and it was a good night but a few disappointing parts. The food and beverage team were great and we appreciated all the work they put in. I would recommend the venue but just be cautious about the above items
