What did this supplier do well? Everything. From the initial booking process through to our wedding day, the service was exceptional. Chris was fantastic to deal with. Very professional, responsive, organised, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, Melbourne decided to give us one of its coldest, windiest and wettest days imaginable. We had so many plans for photos, but the weather had other ideas! Despite that, our driver Warren was incredible. He arrived early, helped keep me calm before the ceremony, and made sure everyone got in and out of the limo without getting soaked. Nothing felt rushed or stressful because he was always one step ahead. And a special mention to the champagne in the limo! it came in very handy on the drive to the church. It definitely helped settle my nerves before walking down the aisle. The only downside? I may have accidentally enjoyed most (or all) of it myself, which meant there wasn’t much left for the wedding party on the trip to the reception. LOL Why would I recommend them to others? Because they genuinely care. Great service isn’t tested when everything goes perfectly… it’s tested when things don’t go to plan. Despite the terrible weather, they helped make our day feel effortless, calm and special. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional wedding transport company.
